Change of mind

Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed securely. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We will review the issue and arrange the most appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Exceptions
