These Terms of Service govern your use of Oresh and purchases made through oreshart.com. Oresh is operated by Stellar Global E-Commerce Limited, a Hong Kong private company. Our registered office is Room 1810, 13/F, Pang Kwong Building, 59 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
1. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order where necessary, including for availability, pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and arrange a refund for the amount paid.
2. Product information
Oresh pieces are made on 3mm tempered glass with selective transparent UV-relief layers that may raise chosen details up to 6mm. Colours, light response, relief placement, and perceived depth can vary slightly between screens, photographs, and finished pieces. Product pages show the available size and frame finish.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and supported payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
4. Delivery and returns
Shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, copy, branding, and site content belong to Oresh or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
